DAE HAIR

FEBRUARY 2024 — PRESENT

Bathroom sink with pink tiles and various peach-colored skincare products, a pink hairbrush, and a green towel hanging on a towel ring. There is a small mirror and a window above the sink.

As the Print Graphic Designer for Dae Hair, I own all tangible graphics for the brand, spanning packaging, retail presence, and marketing collateral.

This includes designing packaging artwork for new product launches and re-orders, comprehensive retail fixture programs for Sephora locations, custom brand merchandise and influencer mailers, and complete visual systems for brand events and in-store popup activations.

My work requires both creative vision and technical precision. I manage the meticulous process of creating hundreds of coordinated files for each Sephora product launch, ensuring brand consistency across every retail touchpoint. I work closely with production partners, regularly visiting manufacturing facilities to oversee print runs and approve color matching and finishing details.

Beyond packaging and retail fixtures, I develop collateral for field sales events—including banners, beauty studio takeover graphics, signage, and custom branded team apparel—as well as booth graphics and merchandise for industry conventions like the Sephora Managers Conference (SMC).

In 2025, I played an integral role in our brand's retail fixture overhaul initiative, helping to completely re-design Dae's in-store presence across all Sephora channels (USA, French Canada, and Kohl’s).

My responsibilities bridge the creative and technical aspects of print design, ensuring every piece meets both aesthetic standards and production requirements while maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
